What anime/manga have you watched last?

Code Geass R1, eps 12-17: Poor, poor Shirley. Why must an innocent soul suffer like hers? New plan in life: I'm going to move to France and deck the first guy named Lamperouge I meet.

Mushishi, eps 6-7: Well, it looks like the almighty Ginko isn't so almighty after all. The prior episodes dealt only with his successes in dealing with the Mushis, but now it seems the psychological aspect of his patients have reduced his successes, much to others' dismay. The series remain episodic, but there are connections to past episodes which was nice. Art is still amazing and sounds are wonderful.

Anime
Durarara!! → Episode 1
Headless motorcycle woman wat. Flying vending machines wat. It was quite a good episode, perhaps the best first episode I've seen this season; athough l'm not really a fan of the ED or the OP songs. Seems good so far, I'll continue watching it.

As for manga, I recently started a horror manga called Shiki. It's quite good, some of the characters' faces are lolwut. The art style is… well it's certainly not the worst, but it's not exactly my most favourite art style either. An anime of it is coming up too, so I'll be watching that too.

Reading Jun Hayami's "This is Art," so delectably/hilariously filthy. Trying to get into the anime Kuroshitsuji, but I keep distracting myself. x3 I'm having trouble getting through the first episode, my attention span is weak.

First episode of Hanamaru Yochien, last night.

First anime I watched of 2010, and will probably the only one I'll be watching this season.
A cute, fluffy anime to watch before Monday = godly.

I just started reading the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. The story is so much better then the story in the Nintendo 64 version (via gameplay of coarse). The only thing that bothers me is the fact that the story goes to fast. I mean, come on. Getting past the Shadow Temple in one book! Insane I say! Insane! I have to stop by Boarders and get book 2 some time this week.

Originally, I was going to get this awesome book I started reading in Boarders. But it had sexual scenes and nudity so my mom wasn't going to buy it. Can't remember the title, but it was awesome. But The Legend of Zelda's old school slashing will do I believe.

Code Geass, Hangyaku No Lelouch, eps 18-25: I can see why this show has gotten this popular. I never saw the plot twists from miles away, especially in episode 22 (though a successful alliance between Zero and Euphemia wouldn't make sense if it had happened). But cliffhanger ending = eh. I was hoping there would be a real ending for me since I'm not looking to start season 2 in a while. All in all, though, a very captivating show.

anime

Katekyo Hitman Reborn! - Episode 166
The new ending is the effing smex. Nuff' said.

Fullmetal Alchemist : Brotherhood - Episode 39
Oh gosh, I am loving the new OP and ED (So very BONES-ish, reminds me of Soul Eater). I can't say the music is that epic, but the animation is just too sexy. Ling/Pride's appearance is so win, even if it was only for a few seconds. Too bad I can't say the same for the episode itself - it felt like the quality of the animation was lowered, amirite? And the hand-holding in the ED striked me as more creepy than symbolic XD;

Inuyasha : The Final Act - Episode 14, 15
Oh yes, I like my Miroku/Sango and Kohaku and Sesshomaru.

Kimi ni Todoke - Episode 14
Gah, am I the only one who thinks the anime is losing the sparkle it once had? I remember loving episodes 1 through 5 so hard. Recently, the episodes have been pretty meh, with the flat faces and the over-used flowery shoujo bubbles. Or maybe its just because of Kurumi. (but my dislike of her has been ebbing lately too.. poor girl, in a twisted sort of way)

Naruto Shippuuden - Episode 1 - 80
Just a rough skim through of the Rescue Gaara Arc and the arc following that - I'm very intrigued with Team Kurenai/Asuma/Gai and Sai. The rest of the characters, eh, not really. Episode 80 was particularly great though, and I like all the OPs and EDs.

manga

Katekyo Hitman Reborn! - Chapter 273
The two week wait was very much worth it. I love the special Giotto vs. Tsuna page Amano-sensei included. Hawt.

And future arc looks like its finally coming to an end <3

Anime
Durarara!! → Episode 1
Headless motorcycle woman wat.
THE HEADLESS MOTORCYCLE MAN IS A WOMAN!? Well, I guess that is why Miyuki Sawashiro is the narrator then.

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu ep. 2
They made a full novel into 2 episodes. Good thing, they're gonna animate the second novel! (Not like Bakemonogatari...) Bad thing, most crazy characters in the first novel didn't made the anime. Except for the girl who likes Minami...

Durarara!! ep. 2
It was kind of hard keeping track of this episode since most of the website I watched this anime kinda cut it off. But this episode is really Jigoku Shoujo-style like, also I recognized Kamiya Hiroshi right away, unlike Miyuki Sawashiro. I don't know if that's a good thing (Maybe I'm now a fan of him?) or a bad thing (because of lack of talent unlike Jun Fukuyama, which I can never recognize.)

Kobato. ep. 13
The last episode was awesome, this episode is also awesome. I hope the next episode will also be awesome.

Kimi ni Todoke ep. 14

I got bored on the first half. It's not like I hate Kurumi but I really like the style when Kurumi was crying.

THE HEADLESS MOTORCYCLE MAN IS A WOMAN!? Well, I guess that is why Miyuki Sawashiro is the narrator then.

Well, there was hints of little "hills" on it's chest, so I just assumed that it was a woman. x)

Anyways, I watch the second episodes of So・Ra・No・Wo・To, Ookami Kakushi and Durarara!!. I plan on watching more CLANNAD ~After Story~ and the second episode of Dance in the Vampire Bund. All of them were fairly good episodes, but once again, Durarara!!'s was the one that stood out for me.

Durarara!! → (Episode 2) I like how they focused more on that girl (the one that was kidnapped — I forgot her name) as well as a few other characters. It kept me ineterested through out the whole episode. It was a good episode, and it's looking like a promising series.

Ookami Kakushi → (Episode 2) It's starting to grab my attention a bit more now due to this talk about the Jouga wolves. And I wonder why Nemuru had to talk to Izusu. What did they talk about? I'm asuming that it was about Hiroshi. Speaking about Hiroshi, I'm not sure if I really like him as the mian character; I mean he's cute and all, but maybe a bit too cute? And he seems pretty weak. I just can't connect to him as well as I could to Keiichi & Battler. In all honesty, I would prefer another Keiichi/Battler personality type character to star as the main character. But hopefully as the series goes on, I'll start to like Hiroshi more. Enough about the main character, the music where that person was getting chased/killed was, as always, awesome. That preview was quite… wtf.

So・Ra・No・Wo・To → (Episode 2) The whole Yui/Ritsu Kanata/Kureha thing (where they went hunting for the so-called "ghost") was kind of cute. Good enough for me.

As for manga, I read chapter 237 of Katekyo Hitman REBORN! and I finally managed to read the first chapter of Shiki (each chapter has about 60 pages so ):).

I watched Ginban Kaleidoscope Episode 2: Keyword; Tomato!. :), was pretty funny. hhaha :D

I was reading PokéSpe just today. And the last Animé I watched was Dragon Ball GT. Tooooo old!

Manga:

Detective Conan Chapter 720 - The Kappa's Curse
Yay, the little Kappa mystery continues~ Not the greatest case, but hearing that the culprit is a 'Kappa' by Ran amuses me.

Lair Game - Chapters 1 to 10
It's a good manga so far~ I'll have to continue reading it soon.

Anime:

Only anime I've been watching is Case Closed/Detective Conan. 'Nuff said. :B

Manga

This one detective manga; Tantei Gakuen Q. It greatly amuses me.

Anime

Gash Bell, just because hearing Umagon talk is so cute~! :D

Manga: KHR! latest chapter

Anime: Sengoku Basara episode 8. One week ago iirc ;; I haven't got any time to continue it D:

About three weeks ago I watched two episodes of Clannad because that's all I ever see posted in this section. Maybe I just need to watch a few more episodes because I didn't enjoy it at all. I'm still staying hopeful!

Don't give up before episode 9! ;D;

Mnemosyne - Mnemosyne no Musume-tachi, eps 1-2: Psychological horror ecchi seinen bait as it was called. It was creepy in a nice way, but too boring during dialogue to keep me interested. I'll stick to Bakemonogatari.

Candy Boy eps EX01, 0-1: A very cute series with an unfortunately creepy concept. Seriously, it's heartwarming if you can get over the fact that it's fraternal twincest. ;n;
