after thinking 2014 was pretty much a bad year for music so far, I've now listened to three albums in a row from this year that have wowed me, this being one of them. this is pretty much "emo ambient" but it's so pretty. and great.
 
Blood Red Sandman - Lordi
Mr. Lordi has such a strange voice, and the guitarists are so great. I love this band!

Patrick Stump - "Spotlight (Oh Nostalgia)"

This came up on the Twenty One Pilots LastFM station and it actually has some nostalgia to it cause I remember when I first heard it the first time and fell in love with it. He has a pretty good solo project imo.
