4th Gen What Did You Name You, Your Rival, and Your Pokemon?

After I actually bought the game, I choose anothe female character and named myself Paige, with my rival being Ethan.

I love that series! It's maybe my favourite books! Anyways...

Me: My real name (not telling)
Rival: Pigeon (why not?)
Starter Quilava: Theus (like the Greek hero Prometheus)
Feraligatr: Neptune (Roman god)
Bayleef: Atlas (I think a Greek hero, not sure)
Pidgeotto: Hermes (Greek god)
Ampharos: Eirela (made it up)
Golem: Strogonoff (That's what they were serving on the plane)
Red Gyrados: Poseidon (Greek god)
Sentret: Fella (no idea)
Zubat: Blatto (felt like it)
Togepi: Tock (it rhymes with clock)
Sandshrew: Solum (latin)
Sudowudo: Spudhopper (yeah...)

That's all of them. I'm not too serious about names :)
 

I named myself Donn, and my rival Tornado (my real-life rival) on my US game. i decapitalized some Pokémon names by Nicknames.

Me: MickX (using female character, even though male myself)
Passerboy: Evoker (nickname of a good friend of mine, coincidentally also a strong rival both in racing games and Pokémon)

- Chikorita: Chiko (fairly basic)
- Mareep: Cookie (when it was a Flaaffy I couldn't stop thinking of my dog "Cookie" everytime I heard his cry :P)
- Pidgey: Peugeot (yeah, my bird is a car with feathers and no wheels!)
- Eevee, later Vaporeon: Nyami

Everything else I caught is unnamed for the time being, except for a Sandshrew caught on the Safari Zone, which I kindly named "To Baoba :)". I usually give a name to the Pokémon I wish to EV train later on.

My brother's called CJ! Well, those are his initials, but that is just so strange!

I named my character after myself (Peter.)
I named my rival Roman (I just like that name. :-P)
I really dislike Pokemon nicknames, so don't give them.

Starter : Totodile, all Pokémon have their original names.
 
Me: Austin (My real name)
Rival: Silver (...you know...)
Pokemon: Generic names

Pretty boring, huh? But at least I answered the question.
 
I actually went back to basics and named myself Tommy and my rival Guy...that's my name and my brother's name respectively. When we were little playing R/B, we would always name the player character our real name and the rival after eachother. XD
