    Or weekly? Or monthly? Or yearly? Besides obvious stuff like mail, Email, or doctor's appointments. I can't really think of many right now, but I check That Guy with the Glasses weekly for new Nostalgia Critic, and Cinemassacre weekly for new videos. Those guys are genius.
     
    During the school year I'm all about my grades so I check them every other day :3
     
    Various accounts / forums that I'm a member of.

    Also YouTube. o: Mainly internet stuff.

    Oh, and stuff pertaining to my health~
     
    I'm one of those lamo's who checks her facebook everyday, I check PC everyday too and youtube...what else.. I also check a few of sims 3 stories everyday to see if they've updated.

    Monthly I check stuff for my fanfiction accounts, stuff for my sims 3 stuff.
     
    By the minute: twitter, email, livejournal (these automatically notify me and are set to check every 5 minutes or so),

    By the hour: PC, GPX+, other similar sites [that i may or may not be addicted to u_u], webcomics with no real update schedule D:

    Daily: webcomics, several news sites, weather, calendar, school things (when in school), real mail

    I think that's about it. n_n;
     
    I check all my stuff everyday because I have no life too much time on my hands -_-

    But when its the school year, I try to limit myself to every few days.
     
    I check PC, Facebook, MySpace (lol), and YouTube every day. I forget to check my e-mail though, haha.
     
    PC and email (which encompasses Facebook, FFnet reviews/messages and LiveJournal).
     
    Aside from my blood pressure I check in my other sites, forums, e-mails and newsfeeds. Especially NatGeo. I don't use social networks like facebook or such.
     
    Check PC, two other forums, Youtube, the Irish Independent, CNN and Facebook daily. Then I might check my Gmail account weekly and my Hotmail account monthly.

    Apart from those I don't really have any 'committments' and I just check stuff out when it takes my fancy.
     
    I have a few sites that I check daily, if not twice or more, mainly PC. My LJ and friends list, I don't check as often anymore, maybe once or twice a week? E-mail, I check when I'm not afraid of seeing what's inside. XD; Facebook is even rarer than that, though...

    My list is really boring. :/
     
    I daily hear Primal Dialga battle theme and the Game Development section in here.
     
    I just check my email daily, I rarely check anything else.
