I log in, go straight to new posts page, do anything that might need to be done first if I can, and then go skim over all the threads that have been posted in since I was last here.
Nowadays I check VMs and PMs first, and see what looks interesting around the forum itself.
I used to head straight to staff threads back in the day, and VMs would kinda sit there. It's still a little bit weird checking PC, and not having all that to catch up on. XD
I post, usually in the non-Pokemon-related forums though haha. Sometimes I stalk people (mostly the users who got a name change or someone who has a cool theme hehe) and sometimes I change my own theme. I also work on the CSS of my Pixel Perfect thread (which I'll be opening sometime in summer? idk) and check if I have any VMs. Typical PC user, you know?

I open every part of the forum and I open every forum games thread and post on it. After that, I go on the pokemon anime and check out threads. After that, I roam around PC correcting my double posts and being an idiot. The point is, I mainly hang around forum games and the pokemon anime.
