Tell me what you think of my team and things i should adjust or change.
    Thanks in advanced! :)

    Dragonite:
    Item: Weakness Policy
    Ability: Multiscale
    Nature: Jolly
    -Dragon Claw
    -Roost
    -Earthquake
    -Dragon Dance
EV spread: 252 Attack, 4 HP, 252 Speed

    Gengar:
    Item: Gengarite
    Nature: Timid
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Shadow Ball
    -Destiny Bond
    -Focus Blast
EV spread: 252 SpA, 4 HP, 252 Speed

    Talonflame:
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Gale Wings
    Nature: Adamant
    -U-turn
    -Tailwind
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
EV spread: 252 Attack, 4 HP, 252 Speed*
*Should have invested some more into HP from Speed but its kinda too late since I already EV trained it and its at level 100. I would breed another one if this one wasn't shiny.

    Vaporeon:
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb
    Nature: Bold
    -Scald
    -Ice Beam
    -Wish
    -Protect
    EV spread: 252 Def, 252 HP, 4 Sp.Def

    Gourgeist (Super Size):
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Frisk
    Nature: Impish
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Shadow Sneak/Seed Bomb*
    -Leech Seed
    -Pain Split
EV spread: 4 Attack, 252 HP, 252 Def
*Super sized Gourgeist isn't the fastest pokemon in the world so maybe a priority move might help that has stab? But then again Seed Bomb hits for base 80 not including stab.

    Forretress:
Right now he's here for a temporary lead of sorts. If there is any better lead that goes well with my team please say. I like him because he can get out Spikes and Stealth Rocks as well as Rapid spin any enemy traps away, so please someone help me with a build for him, I'm really getting to like him.

Unfortunately, your team has opened up a couple of weaknesses, especially to Dark, Ghost and Rock, so a Dark-type of your own is a good idea to get rid of these threats. Bisharp, Scrafty and Krookodile resists all of your weaknesses but Scrafty has the best defenses out of the three. You can't replace Forretress with any of these three though, as entry hazards and Rapid Spin are also very important.

Here's some sets I thought of for each of these Pokemon if you wish to choose any of these Dark types.

    For Bisharp
    ~ Swords Dance
    ~ Sucker Punch
    ~ Substitute
    ~ Iron Head/Brick Break
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Defiant
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def

    ~ Thunder Wave
    ~ Pursuit
    ~ Sucker Punch
    ~ Iron Head/Brick Break
    Ability: Defiant
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 132 HP / 172 Atk / 204 SpD

    For Krookodile
    ~ Earthquake
    ~ Pursuit
    ~ Crunch
    ~ Stone Edge
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

    For Scrafty
    ~ Dragon Dance
    ~ High Jump Kick
    ~ Crunch
    ~ Poison Jab/Ice Punch
    Item: Lum Berry/Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Moxie
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

    ~ Bulk Up
    ~ Drain Punch
    ~ Crunch
    ~ Rest
    Item: Lum Berry/Leftovers
    Ability: Shed Skin
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP / 8 Atk / 248 SpD

Choice Band locks you into the same move you used in the previous turn, so you can't utilize a Choice Band with Tailwind for Talonflame, otherwise you will be forced to switch her out. I'd choose Steel Wing, as it hits the Rock-types that like to switch in supereffectively.

Use Reset Bags (obtained randomly from hitting the plain bag in Super Training) to reset Talonflame's EVs. Because of Gale Wings, Talonflame can afford to invest in bulk; 192 HP/252 Atk/4 Def/60 Spe is enough to outspeed Jolly Excadrill. Anything slower can be dealt with by Flare Blitz.

@Boilurn: Steel Wing isn't a good option for Talonflame, though it deals with Rock Pokemon. Talonflame shouldn't even be staying in on them in the first place, and those are better handled by teammates.

And to add, sets for Krookodile, Bisharp and Scrafty:

    Krookodile:
    -Earthquake
    -Crunch
    -Stone Edge
    -Pursuit/Fire Fang
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Ability: Moxie

    Bisharp:
    -Swords Dance
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Night Slash/Substitute
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 124 HP/252 Atk/132 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Dread Plate/Black Glasses/Lum Berry
    Ability: Defiant

    Scrafty:
    -Dragon Dance
    -High Jump Kick
    -Crunch
    -Ice Punch/Poison Jab
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry
    Ability: Shed Skin/Moxie

    or
    -Bulk Up
    -Drain Punch
    -Crunch
    -Rest
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Shed Skin

Yes, you can EV train level 100 Pokemon. It's actually been that way since Black/White. Besides the reset bags, you can also use the EV reducing berries to re-do your EVs. They are: Pomeg, Kelpsey, Qualot, Grepa, Hondew, and Tamato. You can only get those berries via berry mutations, though, which this page explains: https://www.serebii.net/xy/berryfields.shtml

Each berry reduces EVs in one stat (although you have to use several). The reset bag removes all of a Pokemon's EVs.

I'm actually thinking off taking of mega gengar because he's banned now and put mega lucario instead to take care of my rock and dark weakness. I need a mega as well so i thought he was perfect?
Oh and can I get some help with the items, three of my pokemon need leftovers... Forretress, Vaporeon, and Gourgeist.
