If pokemon, [ie. Milktank] and the animals we have in this world, [ie. cows, etc.] co-existed in the same world?

Would we have the pokemon overpowering the earth's animals, or would pokemon be part of the food chain we have on earth?

Any thoughts you would like to share?

I'd just like to say that the idea of people eating Miltank is...very weird and wrong. xD

Anywho, if Pokemon and their animal counterparts co-existed in the same world then I think they would be part of the food chain. Perhaps Pokemon meat would be much tastier? Idek.

And there's also the breeding between them. Because they're pretty much the same, but not really, there would be half-breeds. Imagine a cow with Miltank's head. And imagine a frog with Poliwhirl's spiral thing...

I think I'd like living in a world where Pokemon and their animal counterparts co-existed. :)

Pokemon overpower the Earth's native animals, defiantly. I even read this theory once that Pokemon were some alien race "xenoforming the earth" for their own purposes, if you will.

If Pokemon co-existed alongside humans in real life, I think there would be a huge problem.

Lots of Pokemon, as you know, have abilities that would turn the Earth completely wacky. Plus anyway, some of them look completely wacky and unworldly! WHO WOULD WANT TO SEE THAT?! It's like "Oh, look! It's Ditto, a blob."

    Ugh, I don't think that's such a good answer...

Pokemon would compete with the other animals for food. Because of their special powers, the Pokemon would end up winning those competitions.

In my fan fictions, I have Pokemon and animals living in the same world but never in the same region (i.e., some regions are home to only animals and others are home to only Pokemon).

Becayse if they did co-exist in the same area, the Pokemon could use electric/fire/ice/psychic/etc blasts to easily overpower the animals and become the dominant species.
