What episodes are worth watching? Summarise Pokemon!

Now I am growing up and exam term is coming up, Pokemon is hard to watch casually. Most episodes I happen upon are filler episodes and a waste of time, if a little amusing.

If you had to summarise the entire show, which episodes should you watch and why?

Like, I love the first episode, that is probably one of my favourite ones. Also the one in the league. The one where you learn that Electric is not good against the Bellsprout. The one with the weak Paras. The one with the Charmander that is mistreated. The one where the ship capsizes -- that was intensely cool!

Any ideas?

I would watch the Pokémon Diamond and Pearl series. Of course, there are few episodes that you have to skip because they are so boring. One episode would be the Probopass episode. The majority of the episodes though are decent to pretty good in terms of plot depending on what you like. Be warned though that many episodes are ruined by terrible animation.

Just watch all the gym battles and leauge episodes, and maybe contests....
