What Grinds you Gear...? Supporter edition....

Another thing that grinds my gears is what everyone has motioned, people ask dumb questions. There are stickies and Google for a reason. Please check the answer yourself before you make a thread. It gets very tiring. x.x

And when people don't put back stuff the way they found it. I swear people put cold stuff in with the magazines. And they put other stuff in the wrong aisle. If you didn't want it get someone to take it back for you! Or go back and put the item back in the shelf. Don't be lazy!

When people talk on the cellphones while they are in the checkstand getting checked out. Man...that is so rude when they do that.

And when someone tells the cashier at the last minute they have only a certain amount in a card. So the cashier has to take some items out that the customer doesn't want. The other people waiting in line will give the cashier a mean look! It isn't the cashier's fault! They will blame the cashier anyway and call her/him stupid. Also happens when people forget stuff as well... :(

~Random friend requests. It isn't Facebook or Myspace.

~Stuck up members. Who died and made them 'popular'.

~Staff members who believe they are better than us because they can lock and move topics.

~Repeated threads and the endless amount of Nintendo topics in OG. JUST MAKE ONE AND TALK IN THERE.

There are particular members who annoy me, but I don't see the good that will come of naming them.
 
People who randomly PM me ask for me to help them tile insert. I mean COME ON I made a tut for that. :@

Agreed. I don't like them either.
100% of the time, they're more annoying than flattering, and I tend to end up hating the people who try to get me to like them more than the people who see me as just any other person.

Just one of the many reasons why I dislike small talk.

I don't like when people ask "how are you?" etc, and when people don't reply to PMs or VMs, it upsets me. XD;
 
Okay, I'm back with a few things that grinds my gears when it comes to PC.

Random friend requests. I'm like, who are you and why did you friend me? There's this one guy here to added me as their friend and I didn't even know him.

People who write walls AND walls of text. I REALLY hate that so much. There are some people here who will just keep on writing about something that others can summarize in much less words. Doing that makes those people seem arrogant. I know a few people here who really need to shut up.

XD; I don't mind cocky people. I just dislike the the members who become cocky because they have authority/are popular here and feel like because of this, they can treat the other members like dirt. But I don't need to repeat this. :3
 
Wannabes, people who think they're cool, people trying to be cool, dumb people, people who don't show respect, loud people, people who pick on other kid for no reason (Bullys), the list can go on xD.
 
People that ask me why I still play Pokemon.
'nuff said.
 
People who use restaurant names when describing the food they just ate. For example: "I had some awesome Cheese Cake Factory"
...WTF?
 
I got some more. Probably two controversial topics that seem to pop up in here are religion and politics. Anytime there's a normal thread about something social, it doesn't take long for a few people to input their religious and or political views and it becomes heated and flame wars begin.

Anytime religion and or politics enter a topic, it's surely to get locked to prevent more hate from being spread around. Honestly, I wouldn't even bring up topics that are about religion and or politics on here. Nothing good comes out of them.

Agreed with you on about Trolls. They are so annoying! They will make sure your and the staff experience in a forum a nightmare. What is the point of them doing it? I guess they don't have a life. They need to get one! They are in every single forum I go to, and quite frankly it sucks. :(

Another thing that grinds my gears is that when a bagger talks among the bagger next to them. And they don't talk to the customer. It is really bad and everyone is wondering why stuff gets left behind. Please do your job correctly and make sure the customer gets their stuff. It happens all the time where I work. I had to be sure that the customer will get their items. And sometimes it is impossible because I am boxed in.
 
I have something to add to my list:

People who VM me more than once in a row rather than edit their first VM. - Seriously, I H-A-T-E it when I find that I have three new VMs, and they turn out to be from the SAME. EXACT. PERSON. What do you think the "Edit" button is for? I know there's no big double posting rule (or even a character limit minimum rule, for that matter), but still. It drives me nuts. But maybe it's just OCD.
 
When people never forgive something minor and stupid that someone did in the past, even if they've changed and learnt their lesson from it, that's all people remember them for.
