4th Gen What Hoenn and Kanto starters did you receive?

I chose Bulbasaur and Torchic.
I already had the other starters in egg form.
 
I got Treeko and Squirtle because I needed them to finish the starter sets
 
So, which Kanto and Hoenn starters did you choose?
Charmander, Mudkip

Any specific reasons why you chose those starters?
Because they are really useful more often.

Do you wish you could get a free Sinnoh starter in HG/SS, as well?
Yes.
 
I've restarted my game, but I will choose Squirtle and Torchic. Mainly because I've got the other four (including shiny Charizard, yay :)). I might pick up another starter though if it turns out I haven't.

I've got Pearl and Platinum so Sinnoh starters aren't a big deal for me.
 
I chose Bulbasaur for Kanto, because I have a lot of Squirtle and Charmander, but not any Bulbasaur.

For Hoenn, I chose Mudkip, because I love them. So Cute!!! <3
 
Mudkip for awesomesauce, and Charmander because I hate the rest of the Kanto starters.
 
I got Charmander and Treecko, because they are awesome and my favorite starters from their respective regions. Yes, Sinnoh starters would be nice in HG/SS, even though I have all of them, but for people who don't.
 
Hmmmmmm knowing me, I'm pretty sure I went with Torchic and Charmander, 'cause they're fire types and adorable. :3
 
I got a Charizard and a Treecko. I would have chosen Bulbasaur, but I already had one on a copy of Fire Red - I chose Treecko because I had misplaced my copy of Sapphire and Ruby
 
As Hoenn starter i chose Mudkip cause i have Torchic as starter from Emerald and from my only trade in my life Treecko.
I had already charmander from firered so i chose Squirtle...
 
I got Bulbasaur and Mudkip from Prof. Oak and Steven. I don't really care about starters at all so I didn't mind that you couldn't get a free Sinnoh starter, especially since you could just trade.
 
I chose Mudkip and Bulbasaur, because they are my favorites. c:
But it's doesn't really matter which ones I got, because I can always breed any starters in my Platinum.

I decided to get a Squirtle and a Treeko. Got the Squitle as I never used one before and got the Treeko as Treeko's are just awesome.

I chose mudkip and squirtle becasue they are water types, wish we could get a sinnoh starter

On Heart Gold version, I picked Charmander and Torchic.

On Soul Silver version, I picked Bulbasaur and Mudkip.


Any specific reasons why you chose those starters?

The reason why I chose Charmander and Torchic on Heart Gold is because Charizard is the mascot of Red/Fire Red, and Torchic is the starter I use on Ruby Version.

For Soul Silver, Venusaur is the mascot of Green/Leaf Green, and Mudkip is the starter I use on Sapphire Version.


Do you wish you could get a free Sinnoh starter in HG/SS, as well?

Not really a fan of Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. So nope.
