3rd Gen What if we missed something?

    So In X & Y versions, there is still a lot of undiscovered stuff, and still a lot of mysteries. On the other hand, most of us no every nook and cranny of the gen 3 games. But what if we missed something? What if there was something within these games that somehow was still undiscovered? Would you believe it?

    Think about it, if someone posted a video saying they found some secret npc, or some hidden area, would you believe it? Stuff like that could be faked through ROM hacking, but do you completely believe there are no more undiscovered mysteries in the 3rd Gen games?
     
    Well, personally, I just discovered the cave where you can get the second fossils in Emerald, so yeah, I think that I haven't discovered everything.
    But I doubt there are hidden stuff in 3rd games. They are really old, and I think that creators would have uncovered all the remaining undiscovered secrets in the games by now.
    Idk, would be cool if there was something more, but I highly doubt it.

    Mossdeep or Sootopilis?

    Also there are several people who didn't know about the Emerald program glitch.
    So maybe there is a thing or two that isn't obvious or maybe it is done.

    That's Mossdeep but what door are you talking about? The only door I know that would be fake is the door blocked by three trees in some old mans house in Sootopolis
     
    Maybe there could be something a person who hasn't been around the Internet or explored the game much hasn't yet discovered, but those are probably pretty rare cases. In general, no, there's nothing left we haven't seen; those games have been hacked and all secrets extracted ages ago. And even without that, I'd imagine that most have found everything on their own. The game wasn't that big.
     
    Ok so what if someone was claiming they found something new and posted videos. Would you believe it? Would you be skeptical? Or Would you just assume its a ROM hack.
     
    I think the biggest problem with any hidden stuff left in the 3rd gen games is that with all of the ROM hacking tools available, and all of the people that have tried their hand at one while using the 3rd gen games as a base, it's unlikely that there's anything we haven't found yet. At least with newer games like X & Y, they've been out for less than a year, and there's no proven way to hack them like the older games, so there's probably a fair number of things we haven't learned about them yet.

    If someone were to put up a video like you are suggesting, saying that they'd found something hidden in the 3rd gen games, I'd probably just dismiss it as a joke or ROM hack video.
     
    I kinda think the same as Brenindino.
    If people make hacks, they have the files and can see everything about it. We would've found something more by now. X and Y hasn't been too torn open yet.
     
    Knowing me, I've probably missed out on a bunch of stuff. I do know there's some stuff in Meteor Falls, but never got around to doing it bc of Waterfall (yep, I'm lazy). I also didn't quite find out what the hell was at the end of the R/S/E Safari Zone. I'd only been there a few times after the Elite 4 to catch the Johto 'mon, so that's a mystery to me. x)
