But why Heatran for a snow-based team? That just ruined the theme. It doesn't make sense...

Im gonna go out on a limb here and say its because you had an horrific fire weak.

Also you want hp electric on cune or Gyarados eats you. Speaking of which, you might aswell make cune hp electric/surf/rest/sTalk.

Then make walrein "stallrein". Sub/Protect/Roar/Surf or blizzard max hp / max def @ bold @ ice body <---One of the most irritating things to face. period.

SR weakness is present too, needs more tentacruel >> failord (who does nothing) so you can have a spinner and t-spikes to abuse with the hail.

Bulky Mence is better than bulky nite imo due to intimidate and the superior speed so you can actually handle fighters well, which this team NEEDS.

I can just use Frossy insted of Wailord <3...
And someone, please, fix the Abomasnow pic IMG, it doesn't work for me...

Tentacruel is one of my favs, I just doubt if jellyfish exist in the arctic. What about Jirachi? It resists SR, counters Gyarados with TB and can be the north star...
It's quite alot of work to get a Suicune with good IVs in Leaf Green, but I'm willing to work for my beloved...

You seem to miss the point.
We recommend Tentacruel because it knows Rapid Spin. Don't throw away a potentially good theme team just because one Pokemon doesn't live up to the theme. Besides, you are not benefiting from a team theme anyway.
What I mean to say is, don't let a theme get in the way of a potentially good team.

PS: Why Jirachi? That doesn't fit your team. So if you want a misfit, go for Tentacruel.
    PPS: Frosslass sucks.

Of course Jirachi fits-the north star! What can describe the far north more than a wish upon the north star?

Oh, and please avoid using words such as "suck", expecially when your'e talking about one of the greatest 4th generation pokemon by all terms.

OP, Froslass really does suck competitively. (It's quite fugly as well).

As for Wailord, it's not helping your team in any way. It's incredibly slow, setup fodder for Cresselia (lol), Umbreon and Skarmory weak, and should remain in the lower tiers.

As for the slot that opens, put Tentacruel as others are suggesting. Jirachi still doesn't help your SR weakness.

Listen, if your'e looking for an argument, please not here.
If Cresselia comes in to Charge Beam I'll just get Mamoswine in.
And Jirachi, beeing part-Steel, resists Rock, in case you forgot.
I know of the existance of the Greenland shark, but I'm not sure about jellyfish...

Seriously, with 2/3 of your team weak to SR, Rapid Spin is almost required by law. Here's the set I usually use.
    Tentacruel@Lefties
    Calm Nature
    EVs: 204 HP, 108 Def, 24 Sp.Att, 172 Sp.Def
    Moves:
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Rapid Spin
    Toxic Spikes
Fairly standard for spinning. I believe I got the set from DA originally. The defence EVs let you take fighting attacks, which is a benefit this team needs. Other moves are self explanitory.

Well, I suppose this answers my question:
    https://library.thinkquest.org/J002747/klalmj.html
Well then, I like Water-types, and Tentacruel is no exception-I was just afraid it wouldn't suit an acrtic themed-team. Therefor Tentacruel is in-just give me some suggestions for EVs before-24 SpA seems not enough for me...

24 SpA seems not enough for me...
Well Tentacruel isn't really supposed to be a game-breaking sweeper with Surf and Ice Beam. Its main role is support - in your team is utilizes Toxic Spikes and Rapid Spin. The given EVs are to help it survive and provide your team with a reliable fighting resist as well.

Bumping it's SpA EVs to 84 will give Tentacruel 217 SpA, which is equal to my Suicune's SpA. Both would be able to OHKO Garchomp with Blizzard then, which is, again, not banned on the official server.
And what about Sludge Bomb? How is it inferior to Toxic Spikes?

Ehh, do what you want with its EVs. I could care less. :3

Sludge Bomb is only gonna poison things (30% of the time, remember) while Tentacruel in out and attacking things with it. Once Toxic Spikes is up, it's up, and poisons everything that switches into it. Unless they use a Rapid Spinner, of course. But even still, it only takes a turn to set up, or two if you're a bigger fan of Toxic poison.

But what about contering Ludicolo and opposing Abomasnow? Isn't that impornant?

I personally wouldn't compromise Tentactuel's support role just to "conter" two Pokemon. Toxic Spikes will prove to be more useful, and I hardly ever see those two Pokemon anyways. Besides, Hail damage and poison from Toxic Spikes will really hamper Ludicolo's ability to pose a threat, which I wouldn't have said it was anyway.

What about speed? Doesn't Tentacruel need speed?

Smogon suggests 204 HP / 96 SpA / 172 SpD / 36 Spe, Calm, Liquid Ooze. Should I adopt that?

No that spread is outdated and gets owned by Mixapes CC lol, use the spread i suggested.

    Tentacruel@leftovers
    204 hp / 108 def / 24 sp.att / 172 sp.def
    liquid ooze
    calm nature
    - Sludge Bomb / Ice Beam/ Blizzard
    - Rapid Spin
    - Toxic Spikes
    - Surf
