What is your best PC memory?

Hmmmm. Well, the day I go moderated is definitely up there, for sure. Like Live said, being recognized like that was pretty humbling. I'd be lying if I said I didn't say I was quite happy. Aside from that, not much really sticks out as far as I can tell. There are moments I can definitely reflect on now and realize how important they were, like when I first started talking to certain people on here. But not anything that I realized from the get go was HOLY **** material.

Posting like crazy to get the 30k number in the first edition of TCTI. Stupid, but I enjoyed that a lot.

Also the second Todoroki AF joke.

I don't think I really have any single moments which I'd consider my best memories here on PC. I mean, if I were to choose one, it'd probably be when I got promoted, or hosting the movie nights during both PCX and GT2013, but what I consider my best memory is a rather long lasting one.

I guess it started already back in December of 2011 when I started returning to PC, when I met Alex through the IRC. I honestly don't remember exactly how we started talking, but he encouraged me to start posting in clubs, which I did, and after a few days we created the #PokemonClubs IRC channel together with Mac. And I guess that channel is what I consider my best memory from PC.

It started off pretty slowly, with just Alex and myself talking in there, and Mac occasionally chiming in, but people occasionally joined, and some even stayed around for a while. Nathan (Curious.) and a member named Hannah (who unfortunately doesn't go to the forum anymore. Wonder whatever became of her :() were some of the first I remember who actually stayed around in the chatroom. And yeah, the numbers of people who stayed around kinda fluctuated, as a few people would join and stay around for a few days, while others would leave. It was mostly PoC regulars, or people whom we had invited though. I don't believe it was until the early summer of 2012 where the room really started to blossom, with people like blade, Sector, Megan, Hayley, and a bunch of others joined (I think most of those I mentioned actually joined before that, but ssshhh ;)), and well. I just loved it there. In August of the same year I think we averaged a 20-25 people max each day, with activity mostly all day.

Unfortunately activity died down at the end of August, once people started going back to school and stuff, and it gradually became an entirely dead chatroom. Don't think it's had any activity at all most of this year, which is why I guess I consider it all a memory :p

But yeah, all the friends I've made in there, all the good times and conversations we've had in there, and just the overall experience that chatroom has been are collectively one of my best memories of PC ;')

Um... I guess getting the supporter status, since I really have no distant memories from PC as I'm a newcomer.

I might donate $75 more for tier 6, I don't know.
