I agree. I really miss her analysises. They were funny, and she loved underdogs like me. :cool: She'd definitely have liked your team, with Marowak, Aerodactyl, Stantler and Umbreon! And I really like your team. I find the game so much more fun without using so many overused/legendary Pokemon.
 
The last team I remember on my crystal game... before the power drained out

- Wing Attack

Steelix: 60+

- Rock Slide
- Strength

Not a great team, but all were my favorite pokemon to raise up and train, almsot getting alot of them to 100.

Does anybody know what ever happened to the Pokemon of the day chick? Without her I never would have even tried to use a Cubone, but now it's my favorite ground type.
 
I guess she just didn't want to do it anymore. FoxOfWar and Madge do a good job for the D/P analyises though.
 
Well, I didn't want to be harsh, but Angelius' analysises aren't good to be honest. He seems a bit n00bish, recommending attacks like Hydro Pump and Blizzard on Wailord, and Giga Impact on Electivire, but I like FoxOfWar's ones, and Madge's when she actually does them.
 
Since I'm playing Crystal again, my current team is:

  • Bayleef ** Leafsaur, lvl 30.
  • Gloom ** Leafstorm, lvl 24 / 25 (@ Razor Leaf, I bred it on it).
  • Electabuzz ** Electivire, lvl 30 (@ Ice Punch and Dizzy Punch).
  • Sandslash ** Screwer, lvl 25 / 26.
  • Golbat ** DarkBat, lvl 25.

And I just arrived at Mahogany Town.

Oh wow. You need to drop Gloom, since you have Bayleef. One or the other IMO.

Yeah I didnt know anything about wallers and etc back then let alone strategy, I just use whatever looks cool XD
 
I am just usually messing around on my GSC games, I am raising up a few Pokemon like Ivysaur and Pupitar, also trying to get a Foretress, I started over on Gold and I started trying to get all the Eeveelutions even though I really only would use 2 of them (Umbreon/Vaporeon, they seem to be the best of the few in those games.)

I love being ahead on one game and behind on the others, then you can trade over other Pokemon, I had a Houndour and a Elekid on my team, but I decided to use Houndour to help beat the Gym, started with a Totodile as well, I forget what's on my team at the moment though.
