Giving Dux an evolution line would definetely be the worst thing they could do, that thing has cult status as it is. Probably more than any other Pokemon.
This can impossibly be real, why should they even consider to tick the almost entire fandom off by doing so?

Delibird is so weak (and by far not as popular as Dux) that I would even consider it realistic that they might want to give it some more power.
That Santa Claus hat is ridiculous though.
