[Discussion] What type of writer would you say you are?

When I delve into writing, I tend to find that the fact my biggest influences on style of writing are Robert E. Howard, Fritz Leiber, Terry Pratchett, and Monty Python shows a bit. I've found as I write more that I like to have a certain Pulp fantasy, sword and sorcery feel with a dash of horror and a nice bit of creativity, even if derived from an already existing work.

horror writer, almost every character I make is made with a horrendous death for the character. If not horror, then romance as I tend to love watching my characters fall in love, but thats sometimes.

I'm definitely more of a lore and ambience writer. Setting a scene is my favorite thing to do whether for better or worse sometimes. Characters are by far my weakest category, as I let myself seep into them each too much that when I read anything back it all just sounds the same. Which also makes me prefer writing OCs, as at least when I butcher an OC most people won't immediately be able to point out the contradictions lmao.

I really like to develop a well-built world, explore the places the character goes, and develop that main character and his group of main characters. Also like to create well built power systems.

I like to concentrate on the plot and lore as well, so that the protagonist have his clear objective and his actions should shape his overall main focus and objective.

Also, like to insert poetry and elaborate descriptions, but I really need to work on my world building and scene descriptions.

If you want to read one of my stories, sadly, the majority of them are in brazilian portuguese, but there are also english storys.
