5th Gen What would you change about the post-game?

I reckon they should add a twist at the post-game. Like one of your friends turns on you or something.
 
I would put more pokemon from other gens in a larger space, how about a whole other area? They pretty much just put kanto pokemon in there (Which are my favorite, but not everyone likes the original pokemon) I was very disappointed to hear that you had to have 2 DS's just to complete your national pokedex. I mean, you can trade from other people and stuff, but it's a huge hassle. I'd love to only have to have one DS, so I can transfer my pokemon more quickly, and easily. I hope in the next pokemon game, they put pokemon from all regions. It could be separated from the original storyline, but we could still transfer our pokemon from that game, to our other ones. Oh, and I'd increase the level of the trainer's pokemon and stats. Honestly, it was pretty easy. They also should have put a VS seeker. I know there are daily matches at the stadiums and what not, but it doesn't seem like enough.

I've personally never messed with Wonder Cards, so I forgot about that for a way to download the Maps... It would work a lot better than my idea of DLing. :P I think someone should start working on a Modded version of B/W to add that to the Post-Game. I don't know much about the programming that goes into Modding, but wouldn't you just need an NPC coded as a Ferry Captain (or something similar) that takes you to custom maps that mirror the old Regions in GenV graphics? :P It would be a lot of work, but I'd love to see something like that.
 
I think they should have had the post game routes still have only the BW Pokemon, and not introduce the Past Pokemon until after you beat Alder.
 
I would changed almost everything, except maybe a few pokemon....
i really don't like the game, they have made to many additions and changes to the pokemon world...

Yeah yeah, this thread is hypothetical though. If you wanna discuss hacking that into B/W, then that doesn't really belong here. You can still continue to discuss what you would've wanted, though!

Also agreeing with Weavile05, it'd completely spread out the post game, though some people would probably lose interest in trying to eventually complete the National Dex.
 
They also could have made the region itself bigger. I'd love more adventure. Not to mention, the last time we had an actual sea where you could SURF AROUND was in R/S/E. They could have used that.

the lack of an ocean is because through the whole game you never were required to have an HM slave, my only issue with gen 3 was the massive waste of space with so many HM slaves, so I personally loved that the post game also didn't' require me to waste a spot on my travel team.


The only real improvment of the post game to me would be just little events though out the game more. Like the bug catching contest, perhaps a fishing contest like in the johto anime? Stuff like that really makes games feel more alive to me. XD

Once a month there should be an event where 1 uncatchable pokemon is introduced for players to get, having to trade everything is all fine and dandy but what if you don't have wi-fi.

Gym leader rematches also would be nice.

Kinda like giancarloparimango11 did on Youtube.
 
I'd like the ability to rematch Gym Leaders, and to battle Gym Leaders (and maybe E4 members and Champions) from past generations.
 
I would've loved to fight Gary Oak (even though I hate him), just because his remixed theme is in the game.

Then again, it's used for Boss Ingo at the Super Lines, and Cynthia is still better than Gary by leagues.
 
I'd add a special trainer to challenge, like Red in the Gen II games, and remakes. Cynthia is kinda tough, but it's just not the same as challenging someone like Red.
