What would you change?

    Quick question really, is there anything in the Pokemon series that you would like to change?

    Here's mine:
    1) Vanilite, Vanillish and Vanilluxe, I wish these Pokemon were never introduced, ice cream just shouldn't be Pokemon IMO.
    2) I'd like to see Ash age one year for every region he travels through.

    So, complain away everyone =D
     
    I dont like some of the newer pokemon, they arent as creative as some of the others

    3) More Team Rocket in Best Wishes
    4) Gen I-IV two way trades between BW and HGSS/DPP
     
    In the anime, where there are bad guys who get beaten. After they get beat they're all like "Oh I realize my mistakes I'll be good now." And Ash and co just let them go. That's one reason why I like the Giratina movie. The bad guy actually got arrested, which is more like real life should be. So I wish Pokemon were just a bit more realistic.

    I agree with your ones.

    If I was to change the Pokemon series then I would change the Ash's age thing and I would also like to change the Vanilite evolution thing too, but I would also like to change the thing with Team Rocket having the Black uniforms and being serious, to how they previously were.
     
    Ash to grow up and some romance(if not for Ash at least for a main characters...)

    I haven't watched Best Wishes yet... Team Rocket are serious? They were what I loved most about their show, why didn't they just introduce anoter serious Team Rocket pair/trio (like Cassidy and Butch) for them to compete with?

    I thought of another one: I would have made Celebi the mascot Pokemon of Crystal (and make it catchable), that way the three beasts/dogs would all be viewed as equal and Mew would be the only Pokemon only available through event, glitch or cheating. I've never played Crystal though, so I don't know how the plot changed and whether or not this would be a good idea.
     
    I wish the anime was more interesting. (Example: I wish the characters would actually age, and stuff like that).

    I also with the games had the option of turning on and off the follow me feature.
     
    I would make ash actually a teen not a ten year old which doesn't make sense and the pokemon that ash gets shouldn't always be starters they should be other pokemon that aren't starters.
     
    I'd most like to change Emboar's typing to Fire/Dark. The Fire/Fighting starters are getting annoying now.
     
    I'd make Samurott Water/Fighting. It looks like a warrior, after all. I'd also make Scolipede's Attack higher; 100 or 105 Attack seems good; 90 Attack isn't enough most of the time, considering that it's over 8 feet tall.
     
    Get rid of Ash and Pikachu. They've been parasites since day one.

    If anyone in TR should be serious, it should be Cassidy and Butch.

    Leaf in HG/SS!

    No more caves for Victory Road! That idea has been sorely overused.

    Can we have a Fire starter without a Fighting secondary type for the first time since 2nd gen, please?

    This. Also funny how everyone hates on the Vanilluxe line yet they are the strongest ice types.
     
    I would change the inability to find "starter pokemon" in the wild in games.
    Because well, why not make the games more intuned with the anime? I would think that would be pretty cool. n__n
