4th Gen What's the most creative name you ever named your Rival?

Uh, probably during the Pokemon Prism hack I named my rival Evilchildguy. As a tribute to Koolboyman.
 
R/B/Y - His name was Green
G/S/C - His first name was ???, then I realized that I was supposed to name him, so I named him Silver.
R/S/E - I picked the dude, so I named the rival Sapphire.
D/P/Pt - I named the rival Pearl.

Now, try and guess what I named the protagonists. XD
 
Lynol... because he looked like a Lynol to me.

The only other names I remember naming him is Eric and then Jake.
 
I named my rival "3.14159".

Why, I can't remember.
 
I named my most recent Rival is "Shigeru" to keep with the tradition that Shigeru is meant to be the rival to "Satoshi."

However, a clever name to use is "You" or "YOU"

"You defeated You"
"You: Smell you later!"
"Oak: You? ..."
 
I don't remember what I named him in Red, Yellow, Gold, or Crystal... probably something like Butt because I was little and immature. XD;

In FireRed I named him Akito, after the Fruits Basket antagonist.

In Pearl I named him Buddy, after my dog.

In Platinum I named him Barry... the default name. Aren't I original? >.>

In Diamond, I named my rival Parker because he looked like a Parker to me. ^^ In Platinum, I named him after my friend/enemy, so this time he was Anthoni. >:-D
 
In Diamond i named my rival Hitler-pretty self explanatory lol
In Pearl i named him Genghis-as in Genghis Khan
Aaand in Platinum i named my rival Rockjaw-character from a book
 
In Diamond I named him Pearl, because it was the default.

In Platinum I named him Pearl because I like to name the rivals after the PokeSpec characters.
 
The most creative for DPPt...Syrup. And my name was Waffle. We complimented each other.
 
Mirror. No idea why. Maybe someone used hypnose on me? lol.

You can't name your Rival in RSE it's always May or Brendan. Also did you name yourself Red, Gold, Ruby, and Diamond?

RBY - Gary usually as an amine reference, but most recently he was Rosendo to match FRLG
GSC - Currently it's a bad word but I did name him ??? and Katie (confused his gender) before
RSE - Brendan my first playthrough and May all others (the name wasn't up to me)
FRLG - Rosendo
HGSS - Planning either Dr.Gayman or the same foul name I used in GSC
 
"a moron" It would say a moron wants to battle. my sis once typed in random jibberish but it had a swear word she didn't know in it.:0
