Whats the most practical Pokemon

    If pokemon were real, what would be the most practical pokemon to use for everyday situations, like jumping across gaps and other random things. Id have to say something like a Hitmonlee!!! Yeah hitmonlee could do pretty much anything, Those stretchy legs can really come in handy for most situations. like if you needed to jump a gap, he could just step over it.. or say you need to get somewhere far(ish) away then you could just have him run you there, or beat up a criminal. And since they dont have mouths, they wont eat all your food
     
    Anything with Teleport (Abra and Gardevoir come to mind), Transform (Ditto), and Tropius.

    Teleport, Fly, and Surf would definately come in handy. I'd say Ditto, since it can transform into any Pokemon.
     
    I'd say flying so I'd go with Pidgeot..my favourite flying type.

    Or surfing so I'd go with hmmm well I don't know what my favourite water type is, maybe Lapras would be good =)

    Haha that's a tough question.

    I can totally see myself hoping on my Fearow, putting on some goggles and a scarf and flying to my destination instead of driving/walking, that'd be sweet.

    Teleporting is cheating. :P

    Yes but Ditto needs to look at the Pokemon to evolve into it. And since he would be the only Pokemon, he would pretty much stay a worthless pink blob.

    Why would you want a Pokemon with Surf? Its called a boat..

    Probably something with teleport would be the most handy. I suppose Hitmonlee would be a good choice though.
     
    Is it wrong to say that for me the most pratical pokemon would be flygon? Not only does it fly but its a dragon which means pawnage and you get an uber cool/cute thing to hang around with!
     
    I would choose a bird big enough to fly on, but not too big to fit in my basement =D

    Wrong. When Ditto transforms into another Pokemon / item through memory only, Ditto tends to get the exact details wrong. For instance, in the anime episode Ditto tried to transformed into Machoke but got the eyeballs wrong (they were only two dots instead of Machoke's usual narrow long liquidy eyes. I could care less about the details of what it's transforming into. Ditto can also transform into an inanimate object when you need it the most; ATM machine anyone? XD;

    Why would you want a Pokemon with Fly? It's called very expensive air tickets. Money.
