Whats up

Hey everyone, this is my first time on a forum but I've been playing the games since day 1. I started on pokemon with pokemon blue back in 98 on my gameboy pocket. As I got a little older I started losing interested around the time Sapphire and Ruby came out and then got back into it when I saw my son playing Black so I went and bought White so i could play with him and now I have Y, thinking about purchasing Alpha Sapphire or I might wait until the next game comes out.

Thats pretty cool how you lost interest and can relate to your son in that way i wanna do that one day haha
Id recommend you get AS but i cant say its super great but if you never played sapphire id say try it and you'll probably like it just in comparison to the original it was ok in my opinion :)

Ahh yes yes get OR/AS - they're amazing. I'm probably a bit biased since I love Hoenn but I found those to be some of the better Pokemon games, especially the remixed music and post-game Delta Episode. ♥

Great having such big fans here so very big welcome, Vet. [: How old is your son? Glad to hear you tried out B/W too, they're so underrated but also really good imo.

Hey BreederVet, welcome to PC! It's really cool how you got back into Pokemon with your son. That's sort of similar to me and my youngest brother (there's a pretty big age difference between us) - I was losing interest in Pokemon and then suddenly he hit the age where he was becoming interested in those things, and now part of the reason why I'm still interested in Pokemon is because he enjoys it to. :,)

Oh dear, I started off with Yellow myself. Weren't the games really fun? I really love the interactivity you can share with friends! And it's good that you're playing the games with your son. If I get a son or daughter myself, I'd love to play games with them too! But still, welcome to the forums. You can check out all of the Pokemon and misc. boards below~!

And yeah, I can't wait for the next games too. The new mystery dungeon game is coming out soon, and I can't wait for that! Maybe some more pokemon games will come out next year too. Well, it's awesome having you here! See you soon, and have a blast~! <33
