Whats with all the money

I didn't buy all the clothes until postgame, because in the main story I focus on getting more essential items. Thankfully those rare items that can be sold (such as Nuggets and Pearls) are much easier to come buy than in previous games.
 
it' funny because the first time I played I thought there was a real lack of money. all i wanted to do was spend on clothing and that got pricey fast. what i noticed was during my first play through i played like i usually do, which was just focusing on the main objective and not doing any side things asked of me. so i didn't realize there were different ways to generate money
