Swampert is the best phisical attacking, defencive tanker pokemon i can think of.

Pikachu is my favorite Water-type Pokémon.

I guess my second favorite would have to be Piplup. It's not very powerful or anything but I like it's design. Penguins have always been high on my favorites list after all. I also like how it's presented in the animé though I hate the running gag with Gible's Draco Meteor.
