Rayquaza hands down, it's just awsome!
 
My favourite has always been Mawile, but I'm quite partial to Jolteon, Lapras and Nidorino as well.
 
This will be a surprise since nobody really seems to mention him even once but my favourite is Whiscash.

3 - Lucario
4 - Drifblim
5 - Girafarig
6 - Octillery
7 - Dustox
8 - Sealeo
9 - Dewgong
10 - Dusclops

All in all my favourite is Whiscash. I find them cool.
 
it all depends on the category... if you're looking at cutest one, then its definitely Surskit, but if its coolness, or whatever, I'd have to say Gengar.

hm i recently started liking shuckle and jolteon
but i still love umbreon and dragonite =D

I personally like Charizard the best. I've always liked dragons and fire type pokemon(every time I play the game, I pick the fire starter), so that's why I like him. Plus he can fly with some pretty good agility, which is pretty much always an advantage in a battle. :P
