Well, no religion, I have my own beliefs. They're are bits and pieces of different religions I put together. Some stuff just doesn't make sense to me, while some stuff seems perfectly understandable.
I believe in 'A' God but not one that nayone else believes in. I am my own religion really.
I have complete respect for everyone's beliefs though.

Rofl. You put the name of the members in a religion, not the actual one. Like Christianity, Judaism, ... anyway, Satanism, if you would like to call that a religion. But all religions are fascinating and have become interesting to study.

XD i didnt notice that. *rofl*

satanism is a religion, IMO. im not like all those other people who think that satanists are evil... its just another religion

There are now chances that I love you. Well, if it makes sense, I follow the works of LeVay's philosophy.

XD i can relate, people hear that im wiccan and go "OMG witch!!! my jesus will protect me!" im not too familiar with satanism, so wouldnt really know about that... but i do know that its not a cult of evil killers, like people think

I am a Christian. But I don't believe in any of it. I don't actually go to church or anything. I would rather have no religion than any religion as the try to control how you live your life.

question to all the people who say something like "I am *insert religion* but don't follow it"
what's the point of even calling yourself that?
just because your parents are something, doesn't mean you are. I think one of the biggest problems of religion is that people who cannot yet comprehend it are heavily pressured into make, erm, 'spritiual' decisions at a young age.

I was raised into Roman Catholicism, but I'd be classified as an atheist. :|

...unless Lightningism counts. :C It's a religion I made up years ago (I can't remember why) with me as its god. It... has followers. XD

I'm a Buddhist. :D

Though the recent events in Myanmar have upset me.

I'm Buddhist.

@ Punishment:
Surprisingly, I'm from Myanmar...
And yeah... I'm like 24/7 in my yard...

thats a really good point. my dad is jewish, but that doesnt make me jewish. some people say it does, but i dont go around saying "yeah, im jewish" because i believe in very different things. and sorry about not putting agnostic in there XP i didnt wanna make the list too long

Technically, I haven't converted from Judiasm, but I don't identify myself as religiously Jewish (despite what my parents think). Instead, I identify myself as Deist (specifically, Monodeist), which is a belief system that accepts a single god but believes that that god only created the universe and that it's up to man to determine (through reason and his own intellect) how to live his life. We usually reject holy texts such as the Bible as the literal word of God but accept it as a sort of "handbook" for how to live, as written by man.

In other words, I voted for "other."

What if you're baptized, though? Technically, it gives you bonds to the church, does it not?

Hey, it wasn't so bad for me. I had a lot more faith then. I didn't mind at all then, and looking back, I still don't mind that it was 'pressured' onto me. Personally, I find the core of Christianity a good thing. But that's just me.

if you were given infant baptism, then it wasn't exactly your choice. no one can force you to believe something, but if you grow up having something put into your brain all the time, it can be quite difficult to believe otherwise, especially if you live in a culture where certain religions are outlawed.
as far as I'm concerned, baptism is only for those competent enough to understand it's significance, and bonds or membership to a church are somewhat meaningless. for the most part I'm against denominations all together, actually.

Atheist, frankly.

But I don't believe you just go "nowhere" when you die.

Actually, I don't follow much anything.

But I don't believe in God.

Useless, really.

I've been scared into believing that I was sinful and I needed to repent every day of my life so far and I just realized one day "no god would want this".

Ta-da. No god.
