Quagsire (Surf, Whirlpool, Waterfall)
Onix (Rock Climb)
Togetic (Fly)

I think this could potentially work pretty well. ^^

Tyranitar(trade an egg of larvitar and use Pokewalker to level up fast. I hope the game allows it)
Lugia(making sure he has 164 hp thats max ivs for hp and a good nature)
