When I was a kid, I wanted to be a fireman!

When I was a kid I hoped that everyone I met would see how great of a person I was and give me money for no other reason, allowing me to go through life without getting a job. When I found out that was definitely not an option, I decided I wanted to be James Bond. Or make video games.

When I was younger I wanted to be an food tester for Mc donalds.

I wanted to be Belle from Beauty and the Beast or to fly planes.

Originally, I wanted to draw comics, like Garfield, Peanuts, etc. I drew a bunch of them, my parents must have really thought that I had something going because I was so into it... but none of my characters or setup had any originality whatsoever. I was just copying, essentially. Eventually, I also realized I couldn't really draw after all, and dropped it.

In middle school, I quickly became taken toward music. At this point I wanted to play jazz trumpet. Actually, jazz-rock trumpet, but I did not recognize that at the time, as I thought what I had heard and aspired to be was purely jazz.

In high school, my instrument-changing frenzy started. It eventually led me to the bassoon, and along with my growing interest in classical music at the time, I aspired to be a professional classical musician, specifically on the bassoon.

Ever since I played FireRed, I wanted to be a POKEMON TRAINER IN REAL LIFE. I wanted a Charmander starter, and have at least a Ho-oh and Pikachu in my team.

Nothing has changed since.
