i have a lot of phrases i use daily, mostly borrowed from other people haha. one of the ones i use the most though is "be positive". cliche and overused, but i sort of use that a lot?

I used to but since immigrating its very difficult. I don't want to explain common sayings to people all the time so I find new ways to convey what I'm trying to say.

I've begun to kind of pick up the local ones around here now though but its very slow going.

These are the things no one thinks about when immigrating.

i say 'it's chill' a lot, even when a situation absolutely isn't chill. also 'i get it' about 300x when someone's telling me a story.

Every time I'm awake early I spontaneously tell myself "I assume I'm awake although I'm not any sure if I find it pleasant" since I saw a similar catchphrase on a picture my friend showed me once.
