When worlds collide!

"Well then" I said as I place her on my back "I'll fly back to my mountain, and if you need to, you can take a drink." I finished, after pulling off one of my scales right in front of where she was sitting, and then took off, flying back towards my desert...

I quickly found out I had spent the mage's blood in that huge death blow, and without really thinking, found my fangs into his back, draining very little blood because I had not sunk my fangs in very far, but enough. but the blood couldn't be used really until I got some rest, I was half-unconcous as it was...

Crystal's smile broadened as she continued her talk with Celeste. She then listened intentlu at her question and shrugged.

"I really don't quite know." She said honestly. She chuckled afterwards as she rubbed the back of her head. She was really wondering how she got there in the first place.

Soon, we were back over my desert, but as I flew up to the main gate of my mountain, I found a suprise. That small green dragon was there, as though waiting for us! Without comment, I let him in as well, and after showing him a guest room that would fit it's needs, I changed into a human form to fit inside, and brought eclipse back into that first guest room, and prepared another goblet of blood, just in case.

I sighed and stood to leave. " I'm outa here. I'm not going anywhere hanging here with oyu guys, and in case you haven't noticed, my clopthes need some serious mending." i motioned towards myself, whre my clothes wehre still tattered from the fight with Samuel. " After I get fixed up, I'll go find them myself. I already know where teh dragon lives, and Celest can take you there if she wants to. I got better things to do than wait around here." I grumbled as I walked off.

ooc: you can't blame him either. all anyone else was doing was talking wtih one another. jsut trying to induce some action other than The Vampire and the Dragon.

Celeste looked the girl over. "I'm guessing you were born an angel?"

She already guessed the answer. SHe thought it better to be born angel then to have become one. Becoming an angel left painful memories, and was tireing work.

She looked at the girl again, her eyes smiling, though they held some hurt from her past.

Celeste turned and followed Donnavon, bidding a quick farewell to the group.

"Donnavon?" she called anxiously. "Donnavon, you know as well as I do that we can't do this without you," she said, her wings fluttering as she hovered to catch up.

OOC: ... not our fault.

IC: virtually the instant I laid down, I fell unconcous, as that darkness assult was the most powerful of a demon's attacks. I didn't know that though, but I figured I'd be doing some research on it when i woke up....

ooc: Didn't say it was your fault, Flygon Trainer

Ic: "You don't need me." I said slowing down to allow Celest to catch up. " you can lead them to the dragon and vampire a lot easier than me. And my clothes really do need fixing." I yanked at the rags of my shirt, jsut barely holding onto me.

I looked at Crystal with confusion, "Crystal, you're an angel!? Am I the only full human here?" I said feeling left out with three angels and an elf that didn't act like a moon elf, here I felt out of place, severely out of place.

"Master..." I said.

"Yes what is it, human?" He asked me.

"You're not truly a moon elf are you?" I asked nervously.

"What would make you say that?" He asked surprised I would even catch on.

"Well, moon elves are normally peacefully, they always stay calm. Then most certain never curse." I said still hesitantly. I then swallowed hard, "You're a drow, aren't you?" I asked scared of the answer I would recieve.

He smiled and said with a half nod, "Only half, dear boy. Only half drow. My mother was a moon elf."

I was shocked but not to my surprise.

Exodus then turned his gaze to his daughter, "Please, don't call me father, milady. I hardly feel like one, so call me Exodus, or if you have enough elf left in you, you can call me, milord, or just lord. And I think you're right we shall move westward and then set up camp there, now let's go." He explained. He then turned to me and said, "Yes, boy. You are the only human in our party."

"I proved to be weak back there," Celeste said, almost reluctantly. "You were at least a part of the battle. What am I to do if there's trouble again? I can't just sit back and watch everyone get hurt! I couldn't even manage to hold up a sheild."

She stopped. Her wings flapped nervously again. "I can see you are in need of new clothes, and I can't stop you from leaving," she said quietly. "But I do wish you would come back to us. We are weak when we are alone..." she finished.

She turned away in shame as a tear streaked down her fair skinned cheek. She knew the truth of that stament all too well.

I found myself at a taylors and asked the man to fix up my clothes. I stepped into a privacy booth, tehn gave the man my clothes through teh door for measurements. After he was done, he gave me back my old clothes and I sat out side waiting. A few hours later he called me back in. THe new clothes were as good as the old ones and I quickly changed into them. I paid teh man, then left. " I should probably go find celest." i thought, feeling guilty leaving her in teh forest like that. I then headed into teh woods to try to relocate her, once i find her, we could go find the dragon together and find out what had him worried.

Edit: I was late in posting, so I incorporated some new things into this one.

Skye felt very awkward after Exodus had spoken to her. Enough elf left in her? Not feeling like a father towards her? Hurt, she looked away, tears forming in her eyes.

"What is there left to search for then?" she asked herself quietly. "I've left the people who love me..."

She looked up towards the sky, holding back her tears for everyone else's sake. Tsubasa walked along on the ground beside her fellow travelers. She had her true mother to search for, but would she be disappointed again? With a heavy heart, she sat upon Tsubasa's back, without a word to anyone.

Celeste fluttered back into the group, seeing Skye looked very distaught. The tear streak still visible on her cheek, she mounted Hope so she would be closer to Skye's height.

"What troubles you?" she asked quietly, placing a comforting hand on the girl's shoulder.

I finally found the group and rejoined them. I walked beside Celest because I knew her, and frankly I felt bugged by the elf and wanted to keep my distance from him. The boy was becoming jsut like him despite being human, so I really didn't want to associate with him either. But as long as we were going somewhere, I could stand teh company.

"Everything," she told Celeste honestly. She wiped her eyes, and kept herself focused on moving foward. Her gaze became bitter. "Some father he is..."

Tsubasa looked back at her worriedly. Skye was rarely in a bad mood, and when she was, it could be rather devastating. She tried to be a little cheerful, however. After all, she had yet to meet her mother...

"Father is a term he has yet to earn," Celeste said quietly. "You're father awaits your return in Blackthorn."

She smiled at Skye. "Try to cheer up. It'll only get better," she said.

Celeste then turned to see Donnovon. "Oh! I see you decided to come along!" she said, hastilly wiping the tear mark from her face.

"Fine," she replied hastilly. "I was merely thinking about my past. It is still quite painful," she relented, absently stroaking the Rapidash beneath her.

"Why did you say that!?" I yelled at Exodus.

"I didn't mean it like that! I just meant that I never was around to act as her father, that her calling me father didn't seem right." Exodus said. "But if she wants to go back, then we must continue on, and act like this never happened." He continued as he led what was left of our party into the woods.

"She's your daughter!" I protested.

"And she's old enough to make her own decisions, if she wants to return to her human parents I can't blame her, but I'm continuing the quest for my wife, and to bring everything back to normal, there are more important things in this world. As you will learn." He said calmly, not feeling any hurt.

I sighed and said, "You can be as cold as a drow sometimes."

"That's because it's in my blood to act that way. I love my daughter with all my heart, but elves act differently depending on how they live, I've lived as a Vagabond ever since her mother returned to the heavens. So it's been awhile since I've shown that emotion." He explained as he found a place to set up camp.

I nodded understanding what she meant. I walked along quietly for a few minutes befoer I spoke again. " You know, I could get used to this. Teh dimensions being fused and all. I get to see all kinds of new places, people, animals... And if the dimensions raelly are fused, then maybe our families are even here. Our moms and dads." I suddenly remembered why Celest was an angel and blushed. "Sorry." I said apologetically, looking at the ground as I walked.
