    This could be clearer:
Tabletop Games has been archived. If you want to talk about them, you are free to open a club in Fan Clubs and Groups or a discussion thread in General Entertainment.
Pokémon Manga and Comics has been archived, and the active threads sent to Pokémon General, where discussions can be continued.

They are not contained on this page.

I don't think any other archived forum is kept there too. I remember a few such as Sandbox and Competitions, but they're not listed there. If you remember the forum number (forumdisplay.php?f=(forum number)) then you may be able to access it but then again it would be probably empty. The only way, I recall, is to get the thread id and view it in the archives. I may be wrong, though.

You mean the word 'archived' should maybe not be used in those sentences? Many sections that have been taken away from the officially visible index are still reachable for staff in one way or another, so that they can go back and check up things if ever needed. But not from the 'archive', true.

Archived sections are still alive and reachable through their old forum ids, except they are not visible in the main page. The same link you used to get to Manga and Comics can still be used to view the forum, except you can't post in there.

"Archived" is just the word we have came to use for that.
