You can find them on Route 227 and Stark Mountain, though they aren't too common. I don't actually remember running into one when I went there...good luck. x_x

You use PokeRadar.

Okay, I've been looking for a Gible for a LONG time now. I know it can be found in the Wayward Cave, but is there a specific place I have to be inside the cave to find it? This is seriously driving me nuts.

Use the entrance under Cycling Road (where you can't see your sprite). You need Strength to reach the stairs. On the level below, Gible are fairly common. Anywhere else has none!

pokemon diamond

i just got my pokemon diamond and iv been looking up is seeing all 150 pokemon the only way to get a bulbasaur

Er hem! At first, you don't have the National Dex. You have the Sinnoh Dex and Bulbasaur is not in the Sinnoh Dex. See all 150 pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex and show Prof. Rowan before you obtain/see Bulbasaur. Also, you actually migrate/import Bulbasur from FR/LG/R/S/E GBA pokemon games.

I'm looking for Lapras in Pearl, I'm searching in the sea near the Pal Park but it's quite hard. Any tips?

What Pokémon is 114 in the Sinnoh Pokédex? (not national)

No. 114 is Unown, you can find them in the Solaceon Ruins.

Well, Pal Park is what you use to migrate, so yea, you'll have to get the National Pokédex first so Pal Park will become available. Once it is, you can migrate Pokémon from a GBA game, inserted into slot 2 of your DS, to your Diamond/Pearl game. This migration is a one-way trip, though, as you can't send it back to the GBA game afterwards.

Lapras isn't in the sea. o.O The only place to find Lapras in Diamond/Pearl is in Victory Road. After getting the National Pokédex, the fat guy that used to block a certian part of the cave will be gone, and you can advance eastward through Victory Road. This path will lead to Route 224 eventually, but in your case, you want to just go to this new part of the cave and surf around in the waters there to find your Lapras.
