Fish anywhere with a Super Rod, you might get a higher lv one if you fish up on Stark Mountain, but fish with a super rod anywhere in sinnoh, and a Garydos is bound to come

Oval stones are 50% chance on a Chansey
 
Could Someone explain what you have to do to get Cresselia? (Spelling Error)
 
If you want to get Cresselia, (you have to have beaten the elite four and completed your Sinnoh pokedex) then go to canalave city, find Sailor Eldritch's house, and inside will be a little boy in bed. His mum will say something about him having a nightmare. Then, go outside to where you sail to iron island. Talk to the sailor there and he will say something about you getting a Lunar Wing for his son. He will take you to FullMoon Island. At FullMoon Island, there will be a yellow and pink pokemon. This is Cresselia. Like Mesperit, you only get the pokedex of this pokemon, you cannot battle it. It will fly around Sinnoh like Latias. Underneath the pokemon will be the Lunar wing. Then you have to use the Poketch Marking Map to track it, just like Mesprit.
