Black and White are different architecurely ... Maybe the more modern one is based off of NYC and rhe more traditional one is based off of Shanghai. Just an idea

Um, I have seen Bambi and see deer (dead and alive) frequently by the forests where I live, which is in the US. Having a deer Pokemon does not mean Bambi/Disney/US, it means deer. Deer don't live only in North America. Swans don't live in only upper New York or the US, either.

The difference in land is only Black City and White Forest, not anywhere else (as far as I know).
