Where is the Role Playing?

So I thought this was supposed to be a role playing sight. I was really excited to get started with this but when I look for any rps I find nothing. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place but every time I think I have found something, it turns out to be a bunch of people discussing thing. I really hope I don't come off a rude right now but I would really like to do some role playing. I don't really care about writing who has the coolest thing or why such and such generation was better than the last. I want to write a fun rp with other people and come up with a story that we can enjoy, not discuss politics

Hi Kyu! How did you hear about PokéCommunity? We do have a very lively roleplay section here, with many regulars who only stay there and don't post much in the rest of the forum, actually. So you can totally come here for the forum roleplaying if our style of doing it is to your taste.

But on the whole, PokéCommunity isn't centered around RPing. Discussions about why such and such generation was better than the last, that's our main groove. The Roleplay Corner is just a fun thing someone thought up once upon a time as another way to have fun together in our breaks from pokémon (and non-pokémon) talk with our real selves. But like I said, as a regular at the Roleplay Corner for years now, I can testify that it's a totally okay place to come to and put blindfolds on for the rest of the forums. Even though it's a pity, since the rest of PC is fun too!

We have the coolest thing. For future reference. Hope to see you around~

Thank you very much! I guess my idea about what this website was for was a little skewed. I was trying to find something for role playing and this website popped up, so I guess I assumed that it was generally for role playing. I'll stick around for a while though! I have never really role played before and since this website has it, I might as well stick around! I hope I didn't come off as offensive or rude, I was just flustered because this was not my first time having trouble with a website. Yall have been very helpful! Thank you again!
