when i dowloaded it,it said that the file is damaged

Download it again it's definitely not damaged and most important I think is that you use winrar.

I used chrome.
Anyway, where does it "say" it's damaged?
Is it a notification that pops up as you try opening the archive?
If so, try re-downloading it.
If you have winrar installed, the icon of the archive ought look similar to this :
