I know this thread has been done several times before but I still love reading everyone's answers. So I'm gonna ask it again.

If you lived in the Pokémon world, what city/region would you live in?

Would it be the starter village in the hopes that you'd luck out and get a starter Pokémon from the local professor? :p A big city with lots to do? Maybe the town that has the daycare so there are always tame, baby Pokémon to play with. Even if you became a Pokémon trainer that travelled across the land, searching far and wide, everyone has a hometown. What would yours be?

    Super first post!

I think I'd live in either Viridian City, Kanto (a medium sized city according to the game) or Solaceon Town, Sinnoh (a smaller town set in the country).

Other locations (exclusive to the show) would be Ever Grande City in Hoenn or defiantly Fortree City in Hoenn (:

Probably, all-in-all, I'd live in Viridian as a kid and move to Ever Grande as an adult.

My choice would be Verdanturf Town.
What can be better than a closed-off village with contests and fragrant air and flowers ! Definetly my choice ! :D

I'd live in lilycove its got everything. Big store, right by the sea, master contest hall, fan club. Would never get bored there.

    Goldenrod City !

    Why ?

    The Magnet train.
    The department store.
    The Gamecorner.
    The Global Terminal.
    The Bike shop.
The Park with Bug catcher contests.
    The Ilex Forest.
The Closeness to my favourite city , Ecruteak.
    The Gym.
    The Crazy plant lady.
    The underground.
    The Radio tower.
    The daycare.

What else could a humanbeing possibly need :)?

i'd live in Jubilife city because it is really big

I would live in Fortree City or Sootopolis City.

If it wasn't in Hoenn, then Snowpoint City, Eterna City or Olivine City.

    I might have forgotten some.

And I would travel around with my Pokemon. Not just live in a house.

Either Goldenrod or Jubilife, but probably Goldenrod. As someone stated above, Goldenrod has the Magnet Train, the Daycare nearby, the National Park and Pokéthlon Dome a route away, a radio tower, the GTS, the Game Corner (preferably the G/S/C corner or the Japanese corner with the slots), a bike store... need I go on?

Jubilife also has the GTS, a Trainer school that I'd never attend (because it's too basic, unless they began teaching competitive battling techniques), the TV station, the Pokétch company and a gamebreaking glitch that allows one to venture into a void originally unintended for use by the developers which can let you catch Darkrai or Shaymin, in D/P at least.

You're gonna have to remake this thread when black and white comes out ^^.

I love answering this thread over and over again for some reason. I'd live in Hoenn more than likely due to my love for water types, and its abudance of 'em. I say slateport city or sotopolis city.

If I wasn't living in Hoenn then I'd definitely be in Sinnoh and definitely in Snowpoint City (love that place). Ahh, if only cities in reality were more like the ones in pokemon games. No pollution, rude people, WEIRD people, and miles and miles of highways.

For me, it'll have to be Ecruteak City. Why? Well, firstly the city has such a mysterious aura about it. You know that there's something special going on there. Also, it seems to be one of the only places in Pokemon world that has different, traditional Japanese architecture. Furthermore, the fact that there is the Bell Tower, Burned Tower, the Kimono Girls and a strong Gym leader means that there's a lot you can do just in that location.
