Which Game Is Your "Storage" Game?

    Which game do you store all your good Pokémon in to avoid losing them if you start a new game? It can be any generation or game :) [Too out the platform bit, Don't know what I was thinking, typing that xD]

    I keep all my favourites in my Diamond game because Diamond is my least favourite game to re-play :P When I restart my HeartGold game I'm going to trade my Pokémon over to Diamond :)

    I never really start new games. Mainly because I get all or most of the trainer stars and I don't want to restart. The games I never restart are my Ruby, Emerald, Pearl and HeartGold so I guess they're the storages.
     
    Well I don't have a second DS, nor a Wii game and console for storage (I don't know if there is one?), so none of my gen IV games are storage games really!

    However, on gen III it's Emerald (I have Sapphire and Fire Red too), gen II it would have been crystal if it hadn't died on me so it's Stadium 2 instead and on gen I it's Stadium.
     
    Gen III: Leaf Green.
    Gen IV: Platinum, as it's also the version with all my wi-fi battle records and a 493/493 Pokedex.
     
    I have two copies of Emerald and Diamond, so for their respective generations, they're storage games. Platinum is competitive storage and my Japanese White is probably going to serve as storage as well.
     
    I've got most of my main Pokémon on my Diamond, it's always been my main game especially for storing Pokémon, whenever I start a new game on the likes of HG/SS, Platinum, FR/LG, R/S/E ect I always trade over to Diamond!
     
    i dont have my own personal storage game but i do store some of pokemons to my cousins soulsilver sometimes . he better not break it !
     
    Sadly my Heartgold version. I really want to play that game over, but I don't want to delete all the good pokemon I've been saving.
     
    Right now its Heartgold but thats my favorite Pokemon game of All time so Ill probably switch it to Diamond once I do everything there is to do in Heartgold so I can restart.
     
    One of my soulsilver games has all of my shinies, legendaries, events, etc.
     
    I use leafgreen for generations III and IV (hooray for still having my DS lite and DSi!) and Heartgold is where many, many of my pokemon are stored. I also have a lot of eggs that still needs hatching. @.@
     
    i have 2 different storage games. heart gold for all my ev'd and event pokes and a ss for all of my shinys and flawless pokes...because they no longer fit all in one game D:
     
    Right now I've been using my Sapphire and Pearl versions for storing anything I might need if I'm going to restart. I had planned to restart my Emerald version sometime ago, but I still need to trade over all the Battle Frontier teams I had, into Sapphire. Also I collect a lot of the events and competitive teams so normally I just have them stored in Pearl.
