Which languages do you speak of?

Perfect:
English
Dutch
Italian
Not so good:
Spanish
Korean
Japanese
Barely:
German

I can speak in about four languages.
Out of them one is obviously English, and the other two are my local language and my neighbouring country's language.
The last one is Japanese, but I am really bad at it actually. But I'm thinking of taking Japanese class.

I know how to speak...

  • English
  • German
  • Spanish
I'm going to learn/want to learn how to speak...

  • Italian
  • French
  • Japanese

I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.. English cause it's my first language, Portuguese cause it's similar to spanish (which i study, plus i learnt portuguese for while) And spanish cause i'm too damn good to be just bilingual.

English
Spanish (native)

I'm having a hard time trying to speak it ._.

I speak:

--English (My name is EmeraldSky)
--Spanish (Me llamo EmeraldSky)
--a little Japanese (Watashi wa EmeraldSky)

Watashi no EmerarudoSora

You said "I am Emereraldsky" (EmeraldSky is EmurarudoSora)
I said "My name is EmeraldSky"

There's a difference[/grammar nazi]

Watashi no EmerarudoSora

You said "I am Emereraldsky" (EmeraldSky is EmurarudoSora)
I said "My name is EmeraldSky"

There's a difference[/grammar nazi]

You just said 'My Emerald Sky', not 'My name is'.

The correct would be 私の名前はエメラルドスカイ。(or watashi no namae ha emerarudosukai)

And yes, 'EmerarudoSukai', not 'EmerarudoSora', because then you'd be translating the username.

LOL at rikani's post.

I only know English fully.

I know a bit of what language my family speak, Urdu. But I kinda know the same amount of Japanese words though can't understand a conversation. I'm half baked learning Japanese though. xD

English, and a little bit of Latin. First learned the latter in middle school, but it soon bored me.

Oh, and does taking Spanish for a year in 2nd grade count?

English and some welsh ^___^

I wouldn't call my welsh fluent at all, I need to take more welsh lessons.

English is my first language, and I'm in my third year of German in school. I can speak it well enough, and I think my pronunciation's pretty good. I definitely plan to keep taking classes though, cause you can always improve when it comes to foreign languages.

I guess I wouldn't mind learning Japanese sometime, if only because there are so few good English anime dubs out there...

English ~That's proper English, not American.
A little bit of French
Some German (more than French) (Taking it for GCSE)

Some Latin ~Yeah, the dead language! I'm taking this for GCSE, too! ^_^
A little bit of Ancient Greek... Guess what - I'm taking it for GCSE! =D I've been doing it since September. ^_^
