Well yeah, Omega's. Since thats Saitama's gimmick.
 
I still think Saitama would win. But probably not in one punch.

Boros was basically a parody on the 3 super saiyan forms from DBZ and Saitama still didn't have to put much effort in the fight so yeah.
Although, idk if Hecatia, the one in my pic can die since she's a hell godess. Can gods die? No idea, she can be beaten though.

Omega's.

I really like Rumia though, she's the first Touhou boss I ever fought. But she isn't really that powerful (and can't even see in her own darkness she creates so she bumps against everything when she envelops herself in a sphere of darkness. At least according to Aya's newspaper).
