Which Pokémon do you refuse to evolve?

@Akiyuki ~

I agree with you on Haunter. I find him much more original and cooler looking than Gengar.

The only one that I have is Squirtle.
He has an everstone though.

I also like Haunter more than Gengar and Lickitung more than Lickilicky.
It's the other way around for me. I love Gengar and Lickilicky!

Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Three bags full, sir.

My dragonair and eevee in my leaf green. >_>;
Also, I once hated Blaziken & Combusken so much that I refused to evolve my torchic until I reached the 6th gym. (Hey, I was like, 10 at that time. >____________________>)

My Skitty 'cause my Wailord don't like Delcatty luvin'. :B
But srsly, I hate evolving Clefairy. It's too cute. Shelgon I don't ever evolve. I love its look way too much to do that to the lil' guy. <3

Togetic, Its my favorite pokemon and I really don't like togekiss. I only really battle with friends, where its all for fun and no one is worring about IV/EV so Togetic works just fine.

I never have nor will evolve a wingull...especially one named Peeko!

you know what.......i'll never evolve my surfing pikachu........ for the childhood memories of playin yellow i guess...........

On FR/LG, I refuse to evolve my Dragonair. It's so beautiful. I don't want to strengthen it more to make it become a Dragonite. Thank goodness for Everstones. ^_^

I've got a Mudkip on my FireRed which has now reached Lv. 96. It's a surprisingly good fighter and can take down some fairly tough opponents despite not having evolved.

Other than that there's Bayleef (ingeniously nicknamed 'Bay') on Colosseum which I have refused to evolve (Bayleef is so much cooler than Maganium), but I have to keep spamming B all the time because I can't find any Everstones on there. :|

I don't like evolving Dragonair either. It's my favorite Dragon type. Nothing against Dragonite, but Dragonair looks a lot cooler.

Unlike you, I have a bit of a thing against Dragonite. Let's just say it involves my very first encounter with the Pokémon Franchise... And that encounter was the first movie. Because of that, my initial view of Dragonite was that it was a simple "Messenger Pokémon."

Several days later, a classmate of mine gave Pokémon pencils to the whole class because it was her birthday. The pencil I got had designs of Dratini, Dragonair, and Dragonite on it. HOWEVER, because my only knowledge of Pokémon at the time was the first movie, I saw Dragonite as a "Messenger Pokémon" and I ended up trading that pencil for another one that had pictures of Slowpoke and Slowbro on it. FML. Yes, FML.

So basically, the reason behind why I would never let a Dragonair evolve into a Dragonite has psychological childhood roots.

... Well, that, and because Dragonair is just so majestic. (I wanna HUG it!)

Fuatachimaru! ^-^ (Expect for that one time... T.T)

I don't refuse to evolve pokemon, so much as refuse to use their middle-stage. I usually level up the first stage pokemon to two levels lower then their final evolution.

Example, I level up Dratini to level 53, and then only have dragonair for one level. Same thing with Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur. I just HATE almost every single middle-stage. Especially Dragonair. It's just a bigger Dratini? If I wanted an oversized snake, I'd have put an Arbok in my party.

The only time I dont allow any of my Pokemon to evolve is when I'm trying to raise their 1st stage or 2nd stage (unless if they dont evolve after stage 1) to level 50 because I like to have my lowest level Pokemon at level 50 (yes that includes Caterpie) and I want to have every Pokemon inside of my box

:t354:TG

I refuse to let my Shiny Magikarp to evolve. Yeah it sounds odd for me to say that, and yes if you let it evolve, you have a Gyarados, but Shiny Magikarp looks WAY better than shiny Gyarados.

I refused to evolve my main-man Dragonair. Why? Well for one I favor Dragonair over Dragonite any day. I know it doesnt have a greater movepool than Dragonite but it doesnt really matter. I always make it work out for me :D
