I was thinking that a cleric would be a good choice for your last slot, to keep up Gyarados and Hydreigon's health and remove status effects that would hamper a sweep. Blissey, Clefable, Florges, and Sylveon are good choices. You could roll with a Spinner/Defogger too if you like, but your team isn't too weak to hazards.

Mega Aggron lacks any sort of recovery, so it can't make good use of Toxic. Give it Thunder Wave so it can parashuffle. It's also best to put EVs into its Sp.Defense, not its Defense. It's Defense stat is so godly that it only needs a +Defense nature to take physical hits well. Filter helps too. Sp.Defense EVs allow it to not be completely destroyed by special attacks.

Rotom-W should swap Thunder Wave with Will-o-Wisp, to soften physical blows from opposing pokes. Burn's a useful status effect.

Waterfall is the preferred option over Aqua Tail because it's more accurate and the flinch chance comes in handy. Also, bulky Gyarados should look like this:
    -Taunt/Substitute
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Bounce/Earthquake
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 120 HP/64 Atk/100 Def/224 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Intimidate

Hydreigon is currently helpless against Fairies. This should help against them:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Dark Pulse
    -Iron Tail/Superpower/Flash Cannon
    -Fire Blast/Roost
    Nature: Mild/Rash/Modest
    EVs: 40 Atk/236 SAtk/232 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Draco Meteor
    -Dark Pulse
    -Fire Blast/Earth Power
    -Flash Cannon/Focus Blast
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 24 HP/252 SAtk/232 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs

Mega Aggron should be using either one of these sets; the latter one compensates for its lack of recovery:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Iron Head/Heavy Slam
    -Thunder Wave/Ice Punch
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

    or
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Iron Head/Heavy Slam
    -Earthquake/Ice Punch
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

Physically-defensive Wash Rotom is preferred as well because of Talonflame. 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe is the preferred spread in this case.

Even though Whimsicott has Prankster to make its status moves go first, Trevenant does SubSeed better because of its better offensive presence. Though Whimsicott has a wide support move pool, this set is best to use with it:
    -Encore
    -U-turn
    -Memento
    -Switcheroo/Stun Spore/Taunt
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Lagging Tail/Leftovers
    Ability: Prankster

Trevenant SubSeed set if you're curious:
    -Substitute
    -Leech Seed
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Phantom Force
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Harvest

Cleric Blissey, Clefable and Sylveon sets for you (I think Sylveon does Florges' job better because of Pixilate + Hyper Voice. Both Fairies also have similar special bulk, but I feel that Sylveon gets the nod ahead of Florges):

    Blissey:
    -Aromatherapy/Heal Bel
    -Soft-Boiled
    -Seismic Toss/Flamethrower
    -Toxic
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

    Clefable:
    -Calm Mind
    -Moonblast
    -Wish/Moonlight
    -Protect/Aromatherapy/Flamethrower
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/244 Def/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Magic Guard/Unaware

    or
    -Moonblast
    -Wish/Soft-Boiled/Moonlight
    -Protect/Flamethrower
    -Aromatherapy/Toxic
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/244 Def/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Unaware/Magic Guard

    or
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Moonblast
    -Aromatherapy/Toxic
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/244 SDef/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Unaware/Magic Guard

    Sylveon:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Hyper Voice
    -Heal Bell/Calm Mind
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/244 Def/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Pixilate
