Which Pokemon Would Be The Best Partner For The Person Above

I think you'd need a strong Flying-type to keep your Grass team in check. Perhaps a Tailow would suit you!
 
A Seedot would suit you nicely, I think. It'll greatly help beating Rock, ground and Water types your Torchics fear.
