I'd have to say igglybuff because it evolves in to Jigglypuff! And we all (should) know that Jigglypuff PWNs with the ***(Wall of Pain)!!! Too bad trapinch isn't a baby pokemon 'cause if it was, it would be my second favorite.
I consider any Pokemon that comes out of an Egg and its in level 1 a baby Pokemon. I really like Munchlax because he is so cute and the rest of the baby Pokemon I really dont like because I think everyone else likes them
The problem with this is that there's an actual group of Pokemon known as baby-level Pokemon. The designation as a "baby Pokemon" refers to both the fact that the Pokemon in question is a pre-evolution of another Pokemon (as in, it's originally obtainable only through breeding and hatching) and the fact that none of them can breed to produce other Eggs.
So, yes, there's a difference between a Pokemon designated as a baby and just any hatchling.
That out of the way, I'd normally agree with Anti-Pop Culture Warrior (primarily because a lot of the baby Pokemon are only around to get certain Egg moves and otherwise have the battle-usefulness of a paperweight), although if I had to vote, my vote goes for Elekid. It has a certain cuteness to it, can pack a decent punch, and evolves into a kick-tail Electric-type. (Yay for Electabuzz!)
