Who Misses !May!

    Who is missing our welbeloved First Contest Following Protagnost: May!

    I do mis May because: she has a special place in My Heart from Child hood! I loved to watch May in the Hoenn! And also Because may has other feeling than Every Other Anime (old) Protagnost!

    Besides the main topic: I feel really sad that Ash had so many travel companions/Frends who wil stay a whole Generation/Region and then at the end they all have to say the sad Good-Bye/We will see you soon to Eachother! And they only come back in maximum 5 episodes, Especialy the Girls! Also i find it so sad that Brock wanted to be a pokemon Doctor! The best Mature guy just had to stay! now we go cecilian ;(!

    I loved May. I felt she and Ash had the best chemistry and they may end up dating one day. I'm not a fan of Dawn as a traveling person with Ash. May should of stayed for DP and Dawn should of been a new rival.
     
    I liked having May around because of how well she developed over the course of Gen III; she started out not liking Pokemon, but eventually grew to like them.
     
    I did like May, excluding Misty she was the least annoying female travelling partner, but I dunno. While Iris does irritate the life out of me, I kind of like her back story. I got bored of the co-ordinator thing.
     
    Aww I miss May so much. She's my favourite protagonist girl ever.
    I like her nature, contrary to Dawn or Iris. She's kind, joyful, owns cool Pokémons... And would do a beautiful couple with Drew ! (Yes I'm a contestshipping fan)
    I hope she'll come back a day, at least in a movie... Because girl protagonist are too bad these time, since Misty and May have gone.
     
    In some opinions i also dislike the contest but in some periods of the seasons i liked them! But its a bit sad that there areny any contests in Pokemon BW because of May & Dawn leaving ;(

    Hoenn was one of the most interesting seasons to me and I really did like the episodes that starred May and she even got me interested in contests... sadly, when Dawn came around, I dropped that interest completely x:

    I found Misty to be really memorable and the best. May wasn't the greatest character on the show,but she was ok but not personality wise.
     
    Wow, first a Misty thread, then a Dawn thread and now a May thread? Fair enough....anyways:

    When I first saw May, I though she would be a useless character like Misty (my opinion) by not doing her own thing. but after seeing her in Pokemon Contest, I was happy to see that she wouldn't be behind Ash all the time complaining and I started to like her. She has greatly improved her skills in the Pokemon Contest throughout the Advance generation games.

    May will always be my favorite. Her bubbly personality was intriguing and how she developed in the series was good fun. I liked that the Hoenn Saga was dedicated to her more as well, which the writers did not do with Misty. May's focus was all about contests and she even had three or so rivals, while Ash had none until the tournament.

    I admired her character development, like how she was so timid and afraid changing to a more confident person. Also, she had chemistry with Ash, but she was too smart for him. She quit his mentorship and left to Johto. I adored her for that. Her primary reason for wanting a Pokemon was also very interesting, being that she didn't even want one. She just wanted an excuse for traveling, until she saw a Pokemon Contest and all. I kind of wish Norman wouldn't approve of it because he wanted her to be a successor to the gym or something. Oh well.

    I just can't see May in a new episode. As much as I'd like to see it happen, I just can't imagine. It would just feel way too out of place. It could happen, if they decide to promote the RSE remakes. Bringing her back would promote it quite a bit.
     
    I guess a return from May wouldn't be bad. I mean, back when I used to watch the Pokemon.com episodes, I never wanted to watch the OS or DP episodes, so that was my choice. And I liked it. I'd be happy to see May again.
