Just click the report button. Whoever mods that section will automatically get that report.

If you mean someone harassing you via PMs, you can forward the PM to a higher staff member (red, orange or green usernames) and they can help you out.
But for anything else, the report button works (VMs, posts, etc.) and a staff member will handle it.

Actually the PM's can also be reported via the regular report button ^^;
Which is safter than just forwarding it.
