Who Would Be Your Starter in Real Life?

Assuming you get to choose like in the games:

Charmander or Cyndaquil

Squirtle or Totodile

Preferably one of the Fire ones. No Grass for me.

But I would keep any Pokemon my parents got for me. I'm a sucker for animals.

I've decided I'd probably start with a Shinx :3 I love Luxray, and I'm so small (for a sixteen year old) I'd be able to ride around on him haha.
 
I would most likely have get a meowth first, not to battle with but as a pet. Then I would probably choose charmander as my actual starter =3

Why? Simple. I like the big grass-type starters. =D
 
For where I live I think I would get some choices I'd either get a poliwag a bug/poison type like weedle or caterpie a ratatta maybe a pidgey but there's a chance I would get a Diglet.
 
I'd like to start off with a Natu. For no reason other than it is my favourite Pokémon. Or start off with an Eevee because somehow loving a kitten/fox is easier than loving a strange green bird. But either of those two would be nice. Bellsprout I like but I couldn't stand the whole acid burning through my hands thing, and although I like Cubone I wouldn't be able to stand the constant crying.
 
Id probably start off with Elekid. When gold/silver first came out I was an elekid freak, he was def my favorite of the new pokemon. I remember using the item copy glitch in red and blue to get a lot of rare candies and then switching them over to gold/silver. I was walking around with a lvl 100 Elekid.
 
Kanto: Charmander {I have a thing for Charizard}
Johto: Cyndaquil {See above, but replace Charizard with Typhlosion}
Hoenn: Treecko {Treecko and its evolutions are awesome and I adore Leaf Blade <3}
Sinnoh: Turtwig {It's the only one that doesn't suck =/}

Any: Pichu {Raichu FTW}​
 
Gible. He's cute (yes, cute), and seems to be strong enough, if nothing else. I've never had any problems with the Garchomp I have in my Diamond game. c:

I'd start out with a growlithe Probably d: Slap a firestone onto it and Ride the Arcanine

or A drowsee, Hypnotise people to do what I want ^-^

or Larvitar, that guy is beast whether you evolve him or not.
 
I would probably have begged my parents for a Buneary, but if they get me any pokemon before my tenth birthday, it would likely have been a Meowth or something.
If I had to wait until ten and start my journey normally, it depends on what region I lived in. I'd have liked a squirtle, cyndaquil, or piplup.
