In an in-game fight, I'd have to say Mew. Get Fire Blast and maybe Sludge Bomb and then it's over. In a stupid Pok?mon anime scene, Jirachii can make a wish and wish that Celebi and Mew would die and then Jirachii would win. x.x

Celebi is not only Psychic, but he's also a GRASS type which is WEAK against PSYCHIC type attacks. Celebi does'nt get damage reduction from psychic type attacks in that situation like the others do.

Mew would come close. He can learn all TMs, and that could give him a big advantage.
But Jirachi is half Steel, so no chance for the others~
