Based on an object... hmm... Stufful/Bewear feel liks the best contender for that, because teddy bear, but like Excadrill and Crustle have objects in their design too, then there's escavalier...
Compound questions never seem to really work out favorably... gonna have to split it up now anyway.

Answer #10: Correct. Knows it as the Flailing Pokemon. Would have also said it was based on a living creature. Per Bulbapedia:
Stufful appears to be based on the red panda, as well as stuffed animals such as teddy bears. The white flail under its tail also resembles the tag seen on stuffed animal toys.
