Answer #13: No, not Honchkrow.
Answer #14: Correct: #435, the Skunk Pokemon. Sprays an awful smelling liquid with a 160 foot (50 meter) range. Gives a rough estimate of 3 meters per story (as in buildings). Could hit you with that on the 16th floor of a building from ground level.
