Spoiler:

Was hoping to get lucky with that I guess... only accounted for about 15 Pokemon out of 47. Also left the trade evos in in case I mis-phrased the question.
Was also unsure whether to count Milotic as one... kinda depends on the game. Requires trade in SwSh... can be evolved via either trade or PokeBlock in BDSP. Anyway...

Is it from gen 3 ?

Free answer on Milotic: Good question. Typically determines things by their most recent appearance (Scarlet/Violet, in this case). Could evolve it by level-up with sufficient Beauty. Technically requires you to transfer it from another game in order to do so. Considers that a kind of trade, personally.

Counterpoint: What about something like Ursaluna? Cannot evolve Ursaring into Ursaluna in Scarlet/Violet at all. Does Ursaluna count as a trade evolution?

Looked up the definition of transfer. From Bulbapedia:
Transferring is a process in which Pokémon are sent from one game to another without trading. The recipient game does not send a Pokémon back.

Will say that Milotic does not require trading to evolve.

Answer #8: Yes. Comes from Generation 3.
